Lilli Lane has progressed very well during September. Although Brisbane is in dire need of some rain, the dry weather has allowed the builders to progress without interruption.
All underground plumbing and the 17 concrete slab foundations are now complete and the frames are well underway for townhouses 1-5 and also 10-13. Windows are doors are on site and have also begun being installed. The new boundary fencing is complete around the entire site and many of the planter retaining walls have also been started.
We are anticipating all frames to be complete, roofs installed and being very close to locked up by the end of October.
