Murphy Builders are racing towards Christmas and have progressed substantially since our last update. The site is covered by scaffold which is allowing the exterior of the upper floors of all townhouses to be completed. Murphy Builder’s intention is to have all of the scaffold down prior to Christmas, therefore meaning the upper levels will be complete. All townhouses have been roughed in for plumbing and electrical and all but 4 townhouses have been plastered throughout. Cabinetry has started being delivered on site and installed into some townhouses. Staircases have also been installed into the first 5 townhouses.
It is great to now be able to walk through the townhouses and appreciate the large ceilings and very generous spaces. We are confident our 8 current purchasers will be excited by the progress. Sales enquires have been getting stronger by the week and we have several interested parties close to choosing their new home.
