I have been very happy with the assistance provided by Ellie throughout the initial stages of preparing my property for lease. From handover through to the upcoming leasing campaign, Ellie has been proactive, responsive, and easy to work with.
She has been particularly helpful in liaising with the builder to help coordinate outstanding items and has also provided valuable assistance with practical matters such as organising the NBN connection and offering guidance regarding the setup of Wi-Fi and security camera systems.
Communication has been clear and timely throughout the process, and I have appreciated her willingness to help with matters beyond the traditional scope of property management to ensure the property is ready for tenants.

Charlotte has been very helpful when i couldn't get to fill in someone's. All the staff that i have had contact with have gone above an beyond an have made the process a lot easier then I thought it would be.

Had fantastic experience in my 2 years under YSH. Any maintence responded to swiftly and always clear communication.
Highlight was Josh elsol assisting with exit process. Clear and quick communication, took time to answer question and alleviate concerns at what was a stressful time.
