YSH Property was built under the leadership of Dean Parker, whose experience across hundreds of property transactions shaped a company culture centred on progressive thinking and constantly raising the bar.
Today, that same standard shows up in every micro apartment we manage across Queensland and Victoria. Every property, whether purpose-built or thoughtfully adapted, is designed around one principle: your own private space. Quality fixtures, modern layouts, and healthier living environments, all part of how we think properties should work for the people living in them.
Our team manages each property directly, so when something needs fixing or a question needs answering, you’re talking to the people who actually know your home.
